Main Features:
● The test force loading mechanism designed by applying Pascal's law, stable and impact-free, effectively meeting the requirements of the Brinell hardness test method;
● The test force loading mechanism, pressure sensor and Brinell spindle indenter are directly connected to form the Brinell hardness test head technology - bistable direct-drive hardness tester loading unit, which has obtained a national invention patent and two utility model patents;
● Adopting ARM high-speed processor, fully automatic closed-loop pressure sensor control system, electronic control of loading and unloading test force, high force value accuracy;
● Cast iron casing, solid structure, good rigidity, reliable, durable, high test efficiency;
● 7-inch LCD touch screen, reading microscope under the machine measurement, manual input of indentation diameter to display hardness value;
● Test force application-holding-unloading is fully automatic, and the time-force value curve is dynamically displayed during the loading and unloading process;
● The screen can display the test force, indentation length, holding time, number of measurements, etc.;
● 13 test scales; 11 test force levels, force range: 31.25kgf-3000kgf;
