Mounting is a very important process of metallographic sample preparation, especially for some difficult holding tiny samples, irregularly shaped samples, and what needs for protecting edge or automatic grinding and polishing, mounting is an essential procedure before sample preparation.
Model iqualitrol iZXQ-2 is an advanced hydraulic water-cooling automatic sample mounting press. The mounting process is controlled by the program, which realizes the one-key operation of heating, loading, dwell, cooling and unloading process.
The sample mounting is automatically completed with sound and light alarm function, without the in need of the operator on duty.
The machine adopts hydraulic pump with higher pressure, which makes the sample more compact. Unique cold and heat separation design makes it much safe and stable.
High-definition touch screen displays pressure and temperature in real time.
The water cooling system makes sample preparation fast and the special rotary locking design makes operation more convenient. With stable and reliable performance, it is the ideal equipment for sample mounting.
