iqualitrol HBRV-187.5DT touch screen digital display Brinell Rockwell Vickers Universal Hardness Tester (weight loading) has novel appearance, complete functions, convenient operation, clear and intuitive display, stable performance, and can perform Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness tests.
Multi-level testing force can meet various hardness testing needs. It has the characteristics of high test accuracy, simple operation, high sensitivity, convenient use, stable display and so on.
The iqualitrol digital universal hardness tester HBRV-187.5DT has novel appearance, complete functions, convenient operation, clear and intuitive display and stable performance.
It can perform Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers hardness test, equips with 23-level measuring scales, which can meet a variety of hardness testing needs. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, simple operation, high sensitivity, convenient use and stable value.
Equipped with a built-in printer, and an optional RS232 data line can be connected to a computer via hyper terminal, or U disk to export measurement reports.
iqualitrol HBRV-187.5DT Digital Brinell Rockwell & Vickers hardness tester equips with a newly-designed large displaying screen with good reliability, excellent operation and easy reading.
It has Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers three test modes and 7 level of test forces, which can test several kinds of hardness. Test force loading, dwell, unload adopts automatic shifting for easy and fast operation.
It can show and set the present scale, test force, test indenter, dwell time and hardness conversion.
Main Functions:
1, Support Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers three test modes;
2, Support hardness Conversion scales of different kinds of hardness;
3, Test results can be saved for reviewing or be printed out,
4, Data statistics automatically calculate of maximum, minimum and average value;
5, With RS232 interface for connecting to the computer.
Application Range:
Suitable for hardened and surface hardened steel, hard alloy steel, casting parts, non-ferrous metals, various kinds of hardening and tempering steel and tempered steel, carburized steel sheet, soft metals, surface heat treating and chemical treating materials etc.
